A Brief Background
Radhanath Rath Vigyan Degree Mahavidyalaya, Khuntuni, Cuttack is a Private - Aided College situated at Gandhi Maidan besides N.H.-55 of Cuttack - Sambalpur road on a walkable distance from Khuntuni Bus Stand towards Cuttack. This College is named after the Great Freedom Fighter, Social Reformer, Ex-Minister, Eminent Journalist, Ex-Editor 'The Samaj, President Lok Sevak Mandal, Odisha and Great Follower of Utkalamani Pandit Gopabandhu Das, Padma Bhusana Dr. Radhanath Rath, the son of the soil.

This college was established in the year 1994-95 to impart Higher Education to the students of Rural, Poor, Socially and Educationally Backward classes of the locality for their upliftment in every sector.

This college is permanently recognized by the Govt. of Odisha and affiliated to Utkal University, Odisha, Bhubaneswar for imparting +3 Art & Science at Graduation Level (Both Pass & Honours).

This college provides access of qualitative higher education to the rural youths to establish them in every field and build up their social and economical status.

The Mission/Vision of this College is to produce rural youth force of high talent and good morality.

Brief History of the College:

Radhanath Rath Vigyan Degree Mahavidyalaya, Khuntuni started from the year 1994 and got Permanent Recognition from the Govt. and Affiliation from Utkal University in the year 2003 for imparting +3 Arts and Science (Pass & Honours) courses. The College was notified to receive Block Grant @ 40% on 22nd March, 2011 by Govt. of Odisha in accordance to the Grant-in-Aid Order, 2008.
